fantastic location friendly staff
the location is fantastic near two subway stations. the staff members were friendly and quite helpful. the room was clean, and the bed offered good comfort. i found the proximity to public transport very convenient.
the rooms felt a bit outdated, and i noticed that the walls seemed quite thin. this sometimes made it difficult to sleep. i hope they consider improvements in soundproofing .

high cleanliness convenient location friendly staff
i enjoyed my time here. the hotel maintained perfect cleanliness throughout. the location proved convenient, placing me near the underground, various shops, and everything else i needed. the staff was very friendly.
the walls were a little thin, but that was all.

The staff gave a really warm welcome! The location is very convenient to get to Hyde Park. The beds were comfortable even if the room was a bit compact.
The hallways really could use some fresh paint. It is a little thing though.

the hotel is near two subway stations and many restaurants. it makes getting around convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful (i found them very accommodating).
the fire doors were quite noisy, and i could hear them closing frequently. there was also noise from the floor above mine (i could hear footsteps and movement).
